Few things are as painful or difficult as being cut off from family members. These 12 sessions aim to help you cope, whether you're estranged from your adult children, your parents, or your siblings. EMDR & other trauma modalities will be used to help you find a path forward.

The process begins with a thorough intake and assessment. Your sessions will include:

​

  • An historical analysis of differences, conflicts, and dysfunctional communication in your family. 

  • An inventory of how estrangement is affecting you.

  • A realistic assessment of steps you can take to either heal or accept the estrangement.

  • An examination of your role in your family situation.

  • Progressive EMDR sessions to lessen  the negative impact of the estrangement.

  • 12 sessions

  • $ 995*

  • Additional $120 fee for intake and assessment.
