The effects of unhealthy relationships can be devastating. These 12 sessions address issues such as sexual betrayal, traumatic divorce, domestic violence, emotional abuse, fighting, and abandonment. EMDR and other trauma modalities will be used.

The process begins with a thorough intake and assessment. Your sessions will include:

  • A systematic inventory of the early relationship wounds that still affect you today.

  • An exploration of what's normal and what is not in your relationship.

  • Methods for improving communication and asking for what you need.

  • Strategies for improving self-esteem.

  • Progressive EMDR sessions to reduce the impact of negative relationship experiences.
